Find Your Way Back To You

When life feels heavy, therapy can help you find your footing again.

My work is about creating a compassionate, collaborative space where you feel safe, supported, and truly understood, so you can heal at the pace your nervous system can trust and your heart can hold.

This Is a Safe Space To Heal, Grow, and Thrive. You Don’t Have To Walk This Path Alone.

Life is full of turning points, surprises, and seasons that test the heart.

If you are moving through anxiety, grief, relationship conflict, trauma, or a quiet search for meaning, therapy can become a steady place to breathe and begin again.

Take a moment to watch this short video where I share how I support clients on their healing journey.

Therapy for the LGBTQIA2S+ Community

I understand the unique challenges that many LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and couples face—challenges that are often overlooked or misunderstood in traditional therapy settings. You deserve a space where you don’t have to explain or justify who you are. A space where your experiences, relationships, and identity are respected, validated, and supported. In our work together, I provide a compassionate, affirming environment where you can explore your truth, release old pain, and create more authentic connections—with yourself and others.

Areas of focus include:

My Approach to Therapy

A smiling woman with short gray hair sits on a gray upholstered sofa, wearing a colorful tie-dye kimono and a layered necklace, making a heart shape with her hands. Behind her are decorative pillows, one featuring a woman holding a heart and a cross, and a potted plant with yellow flowers. The background includes a large framed artwork, a black wall clock, and a small shelf.

I believe healing happens when we bring together both the mind and the body. My therapeutic approach blends holistic, solution-focused methods with a balance of action steps and process-oriented exploration. This means we’ll not only explore the “why” behind what you’re experiencing but also build practical tools you can use right away in daily life.

Together, we’ll focus on increasing distress tolerance, reducing triggers, and learning how to meet life’s stressors with calm and clarity. Over time, you’ll feel empowered with the tools to navigate anxiety or overwhelm—so you feel in control, rather than controlled by what’s happening around you.

Our work helps shift long-standing patterns so you can respond to challenges rather than react to them. As your perspective expands, obstacles begin to look less like roadblocks and more like invitations to clarity, growth, and transformation.
